No Refund Policy: Please be informed that AML Custodians does not typically offer refunds for trainings, webinars, or workshops related to compliance and financial crime. We are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences, and resources are allocated based on registrations.
Exceptions: However, under certain circumstances, refunds may be issued:
a. Cancellation by the Firm: If the management of AML Custodians decides to cancel a training, webinar, or workshop related to compliance and financial crime, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants in 8 business working days.
b. Medical Reasons: In the event that a registered participant is medically ill and unable to attend the training, webinar, or workshop, a refund may be issued upon submission of appropriate medical documentation. Refund requests must be made within 3 business working days timeframe before the scheduled event.
Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund under the above-mentioned exceptions, please contact our customer support team at 9505550571 or write to us at connect@amlcustodians.org. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase.
Non-Transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and apply only to the individual or organization that made the original purchase.
Changes to Refund Policy: AML Custodians reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
